Zesty Side Veggies

Eating veggies can be a struggle, and now that I have little eyes watching my every move it's time to work them into meals more consistently. This recipe has become a staple because it is cheap, quick, healthy, and delicious.
RECIPE:
2 medium red potatoes
1/2 medium sweet onion cut in chunks
2 small zucchini's cut into chunks
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup italian dressing
Cut the veggies and place in an oven safe dish. Toss with garlic powder and dressing. Heat oven to 450 and bake until tender {28-30 minutes}
