Ive never been one of those 'I have to work out everyday girls' nor have I ever been interested in exercise on a daily basis. I played volleyball and ran track back in highschool but after that I lost interest (and muscle)!!! Last christmas my mom introduces me to Barre3. We have one right down the road from our house and it has been my go to for getting back in shape. I do not like the gym, I dont like running on treadmills nor do I like lifting heavy weights. Its just not my thing.

Barre3 is a combination of moves inspired by ballet, yoga and pilates. Let me tell you, I am so sore after every single class I take. This exercise works for me and I dont find myself dreading the next class. The crowd is mostly female but you do get the occasional male who stops in to take the class and they are always in awe at how great the classes are and how sore they get from them. Classes are normally pretty challenging yet fun. Movements are normally by catching the beat of the music.

I now work here and I have to say its been a breath of fresh air. The girls are great to work with, such a laid back environment and I can also partake in the classes as well. Its a win win!
