Crockpot Lava Cake

Cake Ingredients: 2 cups Brown Sugar 2 cups All-purpose Flour 6 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Milk 4 Tbsp Butter, melted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips. Molten Lava Sauce Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar 1/2 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3 cups Boiling Water

Instructions:

-Combine all dry CAKE ingredients into crock pot.

-Add the milk, butter, vanilla, and stir until it becomes a batter.

-Fold in chocolate chips.

-Next mix brown sugar and cocoa powder and sprinkle over top of the batter.

-Pour the boiling water over the top. DO NOT STIR.

-Cover and cook on high for 2-2 1/2 hours.

Enjoy warm topped with vanilla ice cream!
