Fall is in full swing. Attempting to decorate a house with a very busy baby is near impossible, but I was determined to at least put a splash of fall on our porch. These wood pumpkins were simple, quick, and turned out really cute.

Here's what you need:

-Acrylic paint

-Paint brushes

-Water

-Paper cups or bowls to mix paint

-Wood Blocks (cut from 2x4 or 4x4)

-Sticks

-Hot glue gun

-Ribbon

Instructions:

-I used a 4x4 piece of wood. Pick the height you want. I did 4", 6", 8"

-Choose paint colors

-If you are going for a rustic or white washed look you will need to mix water into the paint

-Place paint in bowl and add about 1tsp water. If it is still too thick, add more water until it is a wash.

-Paint blocks!

-Glue on large cut sticks, and ribbon for stem
