(Pronounced Off Loff) Big, fluffy German pancakes! This has been our favorite breakfast ever since I can remember. We would always stand in front of the oven and watch for the biggest bubble or claim the biggest side on the pan. Super easy recipe you can mix together and throw in the oven for a half hour while you get ready for the day.

Preheat to 375F

Ingredients:

4 eggs

3/4 Cup Flour

3/4 Cup Milk

While oven is preheating melt a few slices of butter in the bottom of a 9x13 pan (this recipe is for a 9x13 pan as it gets pretty big!). Once melted pour mixture in the pan and place in oven for 35-30 minutes or until golden brown. We serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice but maple syrup is another option.

Enjoy!

(the picture below, 3 eggs were used, if you want it less puffy, use 3 eggs otherwise 4 is best)
